Božena Šljaka graduated from Seton Hall University, New Jersey USA in 2001 with a degree in Organization and Management. She started her career at RBA in 2003 in the Retail consumer banking network. In 2011 she was promoted to Premium Banking Relationship Manager and was named the Best Premium Relationship Manager at Raiffeisenbank Croatia in 2018. At the end of 2019 she joined the FWR Private Banking team to be in charge of managing clients in the Zadar Šibenik and Split area. Božena has perfected her knowledge and skills in various trainings and seminars in the field of capital markets and asset management. She holds a brokerage and investment advisor licence.
