A visit to St. Joseph’s Home

A team of FWR private bankers join forces to bring cheer to the children and adolescents who are wards of St. Joseph’s Home for Children Without Parental Care in Hrvatski Leskovac. In addition to presents, various useful items and toys they provided, the volunteers dedicated their time to play and socialise with children.

The visit to the Home is part of an established tradition, in accordance with the Bank’s corporate social responsibility strategy, as well as socially responsible attitude of the Bank’s employees.

FWR staff arranged this on their own initiative and, with the help of a large number of other Bank employees, they collected the necessities to bring to St. Joseph’s Home. All volunteers did their best to provide more appropriate and pleasant living conditions in the Home to its occupants. Apart from collecting the basic necessities, toys and clothes, they also spent valuable time amusing the children.

We want to use this opportunity to congratulate our volunteers and express special thanks to everyone who helped organise this event. We believe this initiative will encourage others to join the RBA team of volunteers so that, through joint efforts, we may continue to raise the quality of life of those most in need – because volunteering means making a difference.
